Short Courses

What is a ”short” course?

The short coursea are courses for those who wish to spend a week or two trying out something new or focusing on special interests.

You can challenge yourself and try out golfing, cooking, studying fine arts or taking a short drama course.

You can bring friends, family or just do it yourself.
There are numerous of courses – e.g. family courses, courses for elderly people, travelling courses and courses focusing on different subjects.
The courses are mainly for “grown ups” – except for the family courses where you bring your children.

Language

You find very few short courses in English.
The teaching is mainly done in Danish and translation is done less frequently than at the long courses.

Prices and economy

The prices vary a lot.
Generally speaking a 1 week course has the cost of approximately 3.200 DKK while a 2 weeks course is approximately 4.500 DKK.

The price covers teaching, full board and lodging.

Usually you cannot find any grants covering short courses.
